Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 5,053,786 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 69.23% of the total population of Washington in 2016. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,314,377), followed by Pierce County (581,901), and Snohomish County (556,082). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,031), followed by Columbia County (3,418), and Wahkiakum County (3,653).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Lincoln County had the highest percentage (91.58%), followed by Asotin County (91.08%), and Garfield County (90.07%).
