Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 5,094,464 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 68.58% of the total population of Washington in 2017. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,315,956), followed by Pierce County (587,404), and Snohomish County (559,174). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,979), followed by Columbia County (3,413), and Wahkiakum County (3,717).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Lincoln County had the highest percentage (91.31%), followed by Asotin County (90.34%), and Garfield County (88.98%).
