Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 23,205 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in North Dakota and they represented 3.14% of the total population of North Dakota in 2014.

Cass County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (3,814), followed by Ward County (3,634), and Grand Forks County (2,757). On the other hand, Sheridan County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (14), followed by Towner County (16), and Logan County (17).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Walsh County had the highest percentage (10.7%), followed by McKenzie County (6.27%), and Mountrail County (6.1%).
