Berkeley County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (8,844), followed by Jefferson County (4,786), and Monongalia County (3,464). On the other hand, Wirt County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (14), followed by Calhoun County (56), and Webster County (61).
