Cumberland County had the highest net domestic migration (1,468) followed by Northampton County (1,216), and Monroe County (1,171). On the other hand, Philadelphia County had the lowest net domestic migration (-11,302), followed by Allegheny County (-4,112), and Erie County (-2,762).
