According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for South Carolina was 83,940. Horry County had the highest net domestic migration (17,146) followed by Greenville County (10,049), and Spartanburg County (9,811). On the other hand, Sumter County had the lowest net domestic migration (-752), followed by Marion County (-173), and Allendale County (-140).
