According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration for Tennessee was 45,241. Rutherford County had the highest net domestic migration (6,443) followed by Williamson County (5,993), and Knox County (5,767). On the other hand, Davidson County had the lowest net domestic migration (-18,513), followed by Shelby County (-8,319), and Lake County (-304).
