According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration rate for Arkansas was 0.67. Fulton County had the highest net domestic migration rate (19.06) followed by Montgomery County (18.47), and Benton County (18.01). On the other hand, Chicot County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-25.27), followed by Monroe County (-22.49), and St. Francis County (-20.7).
