According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration rate for Arkansas was 5.89. Izard County had the highest net domestic migration rate (36.33) followed by Sharp County (30.4), and Montgomery County (28.74). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-30.37), followed by Mississippi County (-20.83), and Desha County (-18.15).
