Hoke County had the highest net domestic migration rate (25.55) followed by Harnett County (20.44), and Brunswick County (19.31). On the other hand, Onslow County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-30.85), followed by Washington County (-16.52), and Bertie County (-15.25).
