According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net international migration for West Virginia was 1,185. Monongalia County had the highest net international migration (491) followed by Kanawha County (157), and Cabell County (65). On the other hand, Hancock County had the lowest net international migration (-7), followed by Morgan County (-6), and Hampshire County (-3).
