According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration for West Virginia was 54. Preston County had the highest net international migration (76) followed by Monongalia County (35), and Hardy County (25). On the other hand, Berkeley County had the lowest net international migration (-59), followed by Mercer County (-13), and Wood County (-11).
