According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for West Virginia was 2,320. Monongalia County had the highest net international migration (639) followed by Kanawha County (246), and Berkeley County (187). On the other hand, Mineral County had the lowest net international migration (-6), followed by Wyoming County (-4), and Hampshire County (-4).
