According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Idaho was 27.82. Boise County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (66.47), followed by Lewis County (54.59), and Adams County (49.94). On the other hand, Clark County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-3.78), followed by Elmore County (2.43), and Madison County (4.97).
