According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Idaho was 17.13. Adams County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (41.09), followed by Camas County (40.52), and Valley County (30.13). On the other hand, Madison County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-21.41), followed by Caribou County (-7.01), and Elmore County (-4.85).
