Harding County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (30.52), followed by Catron County (21.79), and Torrance County (21.67). On the other hand, McKinley County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-14.23), followed by Luna County (-11.72), and Lincoln County (-9.16).
