Berkeley County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (28.61), followed by Morgan County (18.96), and Hampshire County (17). On the other hand, Wirt County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-20.48), followed by McDowell County (-15.42), and Mingo County (-10.61).
