Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Net Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 3.32. Among all US counties, Loving County had the highest net migration rate (278.85), followed by McKenzie County (134.79), and Williams County (79.09).

On the other hand, Chattahoochee County had the lowest net migration rate (-76.8) followed by Hartley County (-65.11), and Liberty County (-58.52).
