Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Net Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 1.74. Among all US counties, Loving County had the highest net migration rate (101.91), followed by McKenzie County (87.15), and Loup County (67.24).
On the other hand, Gulf County had the lowest net migration rate (-174.12) followed by DeKalb County (-146.3), and Kenedy County (-84.58).
