Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Net Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 1.74. Among all US states and DC, Idaho had the highest net migration rate (16.51), followed by Nevada (16.23), and Arizona (14.86).

On the other hand, Alaska had the lowest net migration rate (-11.05) followed by Hawaii (-8.23), and New York (-7.28).
