Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Net Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 1.13. Among all US states and DC, Idaho had the highest net migration rate (27.82), followed by Montana (19.23), and Delaware (14.25).
On the other hand, New York had the lowest net migration rate (-13.33) followed by California (-10.55), and Illinois (-8.18).
