Based on data from the CDC, the overall number of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine in the US in 2020 was 12,062, and the age adjusted rate per 100,000 persons was 7.8. These overall values was based on data from 34 jurisdictions (i.e. states and DC).

Among all states with data, Pennsylvania had the highest number of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine (1,572), followed by Ohio (1,349), North Carolina (1,047), and Massachusetts (1,044).

In terms of the age-adjusted rate of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine per 100K persons, Rhode Island had the highest (18.4), followed by Delaware (16.2), and Maryland (15.3).
