Based on data from the CDC, the overall number of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine in the US in 2021 was 14,409, and the age adjusted rate per 100,000 persons was 9.6. These overall values was based on data from 33 jurisdictions (i.e. states and DC).

Among all states with data, Pennsylvania had the highest number of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine (1,771), followed by Ohio (1,717), North Carolina (1,430), and Massachusetts (1,304).

In terms of the age-adjusted rate of fatal drug overdose deaths involving Cocaine per 100K persons, Delaware had the highest (23.4), followed by Rhode Island (21.2), and Massachusetts (18.7).
