According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2021 Q3, $175.00K new houses were sold in the US. 131.00K (71%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 23.00K (19%) were bought with FHA financing, and 12.00K (4%) were bought with Cash financing.
