According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2023 Q4, $141.00K new houses were sold in the US. 104.00K (75%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 19.00K (12%) were bought with FHA financing, and 13.00K (8%) were bought with Cash financing.
