According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2022 Q2, $161.00K new houses were sold in the US. 123.00K (77%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 15.00K (9%) were bought with Cash financing, and 14.00K (10%) were bought with FHA financing.
