Non-Compliance Description:

This morning at 7am I went to observe the livestock pins in where I noticed 2 beef in the back pin with no water in the water trough. This is in direct violation of 413.2(e) which states: Animals shall have access to water in all holding pens and, if held longer than 24 hours, access to feed. There shall be sufficient room in the holding pen for animals held overnight to lie down. Plant management has been made aware of this noncompliance.
