On 9/11/2021 at 1500 hours, while performing the Livestock Human Handling Task during the Odd Hour inspection, I observed the followings non-compliance’s: First noncompliance: The Sows were received on 9/5/2022 and the animals was in the pen #26. I could see the last feeding registered in the document " Monitoreo de Alimentos in los Corrales" was on 09/10/2021 at 8:00 am. The other documents were found unfilled. The establishment staff did not present written evidence of the feeding. The pen #26 was carefully observed and the floor has no food residues. REDACTED (guard on-site) proceeded to feed the sows today 9/11/21 at 3:49pm. Total time: 32:49 hours/minutes without food (exceeding 24 hours). Second noncompliance: Calf (non-formula) was received on: 09/11/2021 at 1:41pm. The animal was in the pen #4 and the pen was inspected on 9/11/2021 at 4:00pm approximately. During the inspection I could see that the calf did not have access to water because the trough was located too high (the calf does not reach the livestock waterer). REDACTED (guard on-site) immediately proceeded to place a small container with water. Third noncompliance: Beef Cow (Zebu Cow) was received on 9/11/2021 at 1:53pm. The animal was in the pen #13 and the pen was inspected on 9/11/2021 at 4:01pm approximately. During the inspection was found the livestock waterer without water (completely empty). REDACTED (guard on-site) proceeded to fill the livestock waterer on 9/11/2021 at 4:05pm approximately. I verbally informed to Mr. REDACTED (Operation Manager) of the noncompliance.

At approximately from 1000 hours, on 04/14/2021, while performing the Livestock Human Handling task, I observed a noncompliance in during the stunning process. Summary: Approximately 1000 hours, I observed that the establishment employee and was not doing the check for unconsciousness to the animals after shot. Immediately was notified to Mr. REDACTED. Approximately 1030 hours, I detected the first head with a double shot and this situation was observed in the head USDA inspection area. I decided to give the establishment time for them to notify me. But the establishment did not notify me. I decided to inform the establishment at approximately 1245 hours to Mr. REDACTED. Head information: Cow ID: 024-104 Lot:104 Owner: REDACTED Approximately 1317 hours, I detected the second head with a double shot and this situation was observed in the head USDA inspection area. Immediately both gun shots were retained with U.S. Rejected Tag No. B43289865 and was notified immediately to Mr. REDACTED. Head information: Bull ID: 019-104 Lot:104 Owner: REDACTED Approximately 1320 hours, I detected the third and fourth heads with a double shot and this situation was observed in the head USDA inspection area. These animals were stunned before retained the gun shots. Immediately was notified to Mr. REDACTED.
