Non-Compliance Description:

HATS Category 3 Water and Feed Availability On July 26, 2021 at 1030 hours, while performing a Humane Handling task, I, Inspector REDACTED, observed animals in the barn had no available water. Stall 4 held one beef. The plastic blue container, used for watering, was dry. The center stall, adjacent stall 4, held 3 pigs, a similar blue container had no water. I informed REDACTED of my findings. The animals were given water. This is noncompliant of regulation 9 CFR 313.2(e). A copy of this noncompliance will be supplied to the establishment for record keeping.
