On June 16th, 2021 while performing humane handling task at establishment 45218 the following was observed: Water trough for pen one was observed to be empty with about twenty head of cattle present. The cattle in pen one did not have access to water at the time of inspection. REDACTED (Manager) was notified and initiated corrective action by having employees fill troughs. Based on the information above the establishment is in direct violation of the regulation cited in block 6 of this document. All animals shall have access to water while in the holding pens.
