HATS category III: Water and feed  availability While performing the Livestock Humane Handling task at Trackside Butcher Shoppe (M45607) Campbellsburg, KY Supervisory Veterinary Medical Officer (SVMO) REDACTED, DVM made the following observation: At approximately 1030 hrs. EDT a pen of 8 market swine was found without access to water. Two white plastic cut-off barrel bottoms being used as water troughs were found empty in the pen. The animals had received ante-mortem inspection at approximately 0800 hrs. EDT. per the signed pen card. REDACTED, establishment management, was notified of the non-compliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e) and the forthcoming documentation.
