On Monday August 7, 2023, at approximately 0920 hours while performing a HATS IV task Truck unloading at the receiving dock. The following noncompliance has been observed. One lamb escaped from the ramp and run away to the street. The plant Manager REDACTED and other employees have taken immediate action by chasing the lamb on the street and were able to catch him and brought him back to be slaughtered. They have chased him for about a quarter to half an hour. The unloading process has resumed at approximately 1000 hours. The plant manager REDACTED has been notified of the noncompliance. Through this Noncompliance record, the establishment is being notified of their failure to meet 9 CFR 313.1(a).
