On Thursday July 18, 2024, at approximately 0740 hours while performing a HATS task, Truck unloading at the receiving dock. The following noncompliance was observed. It was flooded in the pens where cattle and short legs are kept, and the driveway floor are unkept as well. The quality control /HACCP Mr REDACTED was notified, and immediate action taken by thorough cleaning of the pens and filling of the water vessel in the pen. Truck unloading resume at 0920 hours. Through this Noncompliance record, the establishment is being notified of their failure to meet 9 CFR 313.1(a).
