On August 31, 2023, at approximately 6:50 am while performing Ante-mortem inspection the following non-compliance was observed. There were 4 beef in pen 4 that were left over from the morning/ day before, I noticed that there was no feed given to these animals this is a non-compliance of 9 CFR 313.2(e) which states that if animals are held for 24 hours they must have access to feed. REDACTED, REDACTED and REDACTED were informed both verbally and with writing of this non- compliance. This document serves as a written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement(s) could result in additional regulatory or administrative action.
