On Friday January 24, 2025, at approximately 6:45am while performing an Ante Mortem inspection task on beef in the barn I noticed that five beef in pen five had no access to water. The water container was frozen. This is a violation of HATS category three, CFR 9 313.2(e) Which states "Animals shall have access to water in all pens". I informed Kill Floor supervisor REDACTED, and he had an employee go out into the barn and open up the water bin and open the gate to another pen to give the animals access to water. This document serves as a written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement(s) could result in additional regulatory administrative actions. REDACTED and REDACTED were notified both verbally and in writing of this non-compliance.

On Wednesday November 6, 2024, at approximately 9:05 am while performing an Ante mortem inspection on beef in the barn, I noticed that three dairy cows in pen one had no access to water. This is a violation of HATS category three, CFR 9 312.2(e) which states " Animals shall have access to water in all pens". I informed REDACTED Kill Floor Supervisor of this non-compliance and he immediately had an employee go out into the barn and move beef to a pen that had access to water. This document serves as a written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement(s) could result in additional regulatory administrative actions. Both REDACTED and REDACTED were notified both verbally and in writing of this non-compliance.
