According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2019 Q3 was $1,092. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($1,850), followed by Massachusetts ($1,357), and Washington ($1,335).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($767), followed by Idaho ($838), and Arkansas ($841).
