According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2024 Q2 was $1,390. Among all US states and DC, Washington had the highest average weekly wage ($1,776), followed by Massachusetts ($1,758), and California ($1,697).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($960), followed by South Dakota ($1,074), and Arkansas ($1,074).
