According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2021 Q1 was $1,288. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($2,165), followed by New York ($1,868), and Massachusetts ($1,726).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($810), followed by Idaho ($905), and West Virginia ($912).
