According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2021 Q3 was $1,250. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($2,042), followed by Massachusetts ($1,594), and California ($1,577).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($858), followed by Idaho ($953), and West Virginia ($962).
