According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2021 Q4 was $1,418. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($2,317), followed by Massachusetts ($1,836), and New York ($1,830).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($945), followed by West Virginia ($1,051), and Arkansas ($1,066).
