According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2022 Q2 was $1,291. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($2,115), followed by Massachusetts ($1,638), and New York ($1,581).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($886), followed by Arkansas ($995), and South Dakota ($997).
