According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for the United States in 2022 Q4 was $1,385. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($2,291), followed by Massachusetts ($1,793), and New York ($1,735).

On the other hand, Mississippi had the lowest average weekly wage ($947), followed by Arkansas ($1,067), and West Virginia ($1,068).
