United States Median Weekly Earnings By Race and Ethnicity of Full-Time Workers in Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations Aged 16yrs+

According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2022, the median weekly earnings (without seasonal adjustment) of full-time working Blacks aged 16 years and over in the United States who work in installation, maintenance, and repair occupations, was $982; that of Whites in the same age group and occupation group was $1,050, and that of Asians in the same age group and occupation group was $1,068. Also, the median weekly earnings of Hispanics or Latinos, of all racial backgrounds, in the same age group and occupation group was $965.

In more simple terms, the median weekly earnings of Black workers who work in installation, maintenance, and repair occupations was 93.5% of that of their White colleagues, and 92% of that of their Asian colleagues who also work in installation, maintenance, and repair occupations. In the same vein, the median weekly earnings of White workers who work in installation, maintenance, and repair occupations was 98.3% of that of their Asian colleagues in installation, maintenance, and repair occupations.
