According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2008:

  1. Kansas: 200
  2. Alaska: -100
  3. New Hampshire: -100

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2008:

  1. California: -11,400
  2. New York: -7,500
  3. Florida: -5,400
