According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2022, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (688), followed by Virginia (589), and Wisconsin (79).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-503), followed by Pennsylvania (-299), and Missouri (-293).
