According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2022, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private oil and gas extraction industry (253), followed by Oklahoma (78), and Utah (68).

On the other hand, Arkansas added the least number of jobs (-34), followed by Kansas (-14), and Arizona (-5).
