According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private chemical manufacturing industry (409), followed by Illinois (360), and New Jersey (310).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-303), followed by California (-180), and West Virginia (-112).
