According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private chemical manufacturing industry (314), followed by Florida (182), and New Jersey (118).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-416), followed by Massachusetts (-163), and Missouri (-122).
