According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private chemical manufacturing industry (357), followed by Texas (354), and Indiana (270).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-281), followed by Tennessee (-107), and Virginia (-92).
