According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, Oregon added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (162), followed by Colorado (80), and Indiana (54).

On the other hand, Pennsylvania added the least number of jobs (-1,004), followed by Michigan (-506), and Illinois (-210).
